Rocky Gap Lodge and Golf Resort
A four-start resort with 220 guest rooms and Jack Nicklaus golf course located near Cumberland, MD, at Rocky Gap State Park, the contract for all mechanical work on the three-story lodge amounted to $1,770,000. R.H. Lapp worked with general contractor Whiting Turner on the project.
